Prevent Weight Gain as You Quit Smoking
Congratulations to you for deciding to quit smoking! It is yet the start of a new challenge especially that you are worried about the possible weight gain effect associated with quitting smoking. It is not uncommon to gain extra pounds when quitting smoking because you may tend to divert to craving food as a replacement for smoking.
